If you have submitted data and wish for it to be deleted within the six-month retention period, you may send a request through our Contact form on the website. VirtuVoid will honor and complete such requests promptly.

VirtuVoid is based in the Netherlands and operates in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Regardless of where the data originates, all data will be deleted after six months from its initial submission date, unless the submitter has explicitly allowed for extended retention.

All data submitted through our website forms is transmitted to VirtuVoid via email to our internal @virtuvoid.net network. While specific infrastructure security measures are managed by our hosting provider, Squarespace, and our email service provider, we take reasonable steps to ensure secure handling and timely deletion of all collected data in accordance with this policy.

VirtuVoid does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. We do not accept applicants who can not prove they are legal adults through official documentation. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we
will delete that information promptly.
